   Not sure but I think all the pics are from Millerton. The # 1 bike in the still photo, and # 1 Riding is Jim Fennell (sp?) Not sure of the year around 66 ? even when he won the plate, he usually rode his # 48. He was the guy who always chewed on a cigar while racing.
   He belonged to Crotona club (Fishkill track ) Hope this helps. Thanks
